When refunds may apply
- If a payment is made in error and work has not started, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
- If a payment provider reports a failed or misrouted transaction, we will cooperate with the provider’s refund process where possible.
Non-refundable situations
- Consulting time already delivered.
- Document preparation already started or delivered.
- Fees charged by third-party payment providers or blockchain networks.
How to request a refund
Email admin@globalassetactivation.com with: your invoice reference, transaction hash (if applicable), and the reason for the request. We will respond with the next steps.
